What type of research do you do?
Our research consists of beta testing, surveys, phone or video call interviews, and usability testing. This can all be done from the comfort of your computer or mobile device, anywhere, anytime. Each invitation will give details about what you’ll be doing during the session before you sign up. This will help you decide where your feedback can add the most value.
How often will you contact me?
The information you give us will be used to pair you with suitable research studies. Depending on the criteria, you could be chosen to participate in a range of different studies. However, we won’t contact you more than once a month to complete a survey, and once every three months to participate in an interview or usability testing session.
Do I have to live in a certain country to participate?
Of course not; virtual is the new normal! You can participate from anywhere around the world. If we don’t have to go into an office, you shouldn’t have to either. 
What will you do with my personal information?
All data will be kept confidential and will only be used internally to improve our platform and pair you with suitable research studies and will not be shared or sold to external parties.
What do I get out of this?
Your feedback will help shape our business resources and the future of BeautyTrak. You’ll be the first to see new courses and learning materials. Your thoughts will drive platform improvements for a better user experience. Studies will give you the chance to earn gift cards, coupons, or Beautytrak incentives. Each invitation will let you know what’s being offered before you sign up to participate.

To sign up, you must agree to all details listed in the Feedback Agreement.
Do I have to be over 18 to participate?
Yes, you will need to be 18 or over to sign up.
I need to update my information – how do I do that?
Email us at research@beautytrak.com and we’ll do the rest.
I’ve signed up, but no longer wish to be a part of the group. How do I unsubscribe?
If you wish to leave the group at any time, opt-out by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of the study emails you receive from us, or email us at research@beautytrak.com and we can remove you from the group.
